How do I use my Stimuroller?

Instructions for use of the Stimuroller:

1. Disinfect the roller before use with 70% isopropyl alcohol.

2. Wash your skin in warm water.

3. Roll vertically. Start on one edge of the area. Roll up it from top to bottom. Lift it up, and roll over the same area again, repeating 6 times in total. Move the roller over and repeat. Keep going until you’ve done the whole area.

4. Roll diagonally. Starting at the top or bottom, roll across the area horizontally. Lift up, and roll over it 6 times all together. Move down or up a little bit, and repeat the process until you’ve done the whole area.

5. After you’re done, rinse off your face.

6. Disinfect the roller after use. Shake off excess water. Put the roller in 70% isopropyl alcohol and let it soak for 10 minutes before shaking off.

7. Use derma-roller 1-3 times per week.

8. Dispose of after 30 days of use.
