If the system is not recognizing your email, it is possible that you used a different email to sign up, are misspelling the email, or you did not verify your email when you initially set up the account.
You can check back in your email (also check junk mail/spam) for the activation link and follow the instructions in the email to verify the email address. After you have done so, you should be able to access your account.
