Shipping Domestic
Do you offer free shipping?
- Yes, we provide free shipping on domestic US orders over $75. The order subtotal must exceed $75 after applying any discount codes.
Why hasn’t my order shipped yet?
- We process orders as quickly as possible, typically within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday) from when the order is placed. Processing times may extend to 5-7 business days during peak holiday seasons, depending on order volume and product availability.
The courier attempted to deliver my package but still has it. What should I do?
- You can usually reschedule the delivery on the courier’s website or check if the package is being held at a pickup location or post office. If the package is not delivered or picked up within a certain timeframe, it will be returned to us. We can either re-ship it at an additional cost or issue a refund for the products (shipping costs are non-refundable).
My order still hasn’t arrived. Can you expedite the process?
- Once a shipment leaves our facility, we cannot control its delivery as it is handled by the courier. Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days, with shipping time calculated separately. Shipping times are not guaranteed, and delays can occur. We cannot offer refunds for shipping costs due to delays. For questions about shipping methods, please visit the courier’s website.

International Shipping
Do you ship internationally? What shipping options are available?
Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. We currently offer UPS Expedited, UPS DDP Economy, and DHL International Shipping options.
- UPS Expedited is recommended for its speed and reliability.
- DHL International Shipping is also a great option for fast and dependable delivery.
- UPS DDP Economy is a more cost-effective option, with duties and taxes included.
Do you offer free shipping on international orders?
- Unfortunately, free shipping is not available for international destinations.
My international order is delayed. Can you assist?
- We cannot anticipate customs-related delays. Your package may be held by customs for inspection, which can add 1-2 weeks to the shipping time. Customs processing time is not included in the shipping timeframe provided by your chosen method.
How do I return an international package?
- To return a new, unused product for a refund, you must cover the return shipping costs. Original and return shipping charges are non-refundable. Please notify us within 15 days of receipt to process the return.
My international order was returned to sender. Will I receive a refund?
- For international orders returned to us, we will issue a refund for the products purchased. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
What countries do you ship to? Why don’t you ship to my country?
- We ship to many countries, but due to varying customs regulations and other factors, some countries are notserviced. While we cover duties and taxes on all orders, any additional duties or taxes upon arrival are the customer’s responsibility.
Lost or Stolen Packages
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered to the address provided at checkout.

- Next Day Air Shipping
- For customers who are traveling and need their packages to arrive promptly, we offer Next Day Air shipping. This service ensures that your package is delivered as quickly as possible.
- Responsibility and Liability
- We are not responsible or held liable for any transportation delays once the package has been shipped. This includes, but is not limited to, delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or incorrect address information provided at checkout.
