International Shipments:
DS Laboratories provides international shipping options at checkout, and it is the customer’s responsibility to select their preferred shipping method when placing an order. By choosing to purchase products from the United States, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with international shipping.
We do not accept any liability for delays, losses, or issues caused by third parties once the package leaves our warehouse. This includes, but is not limited to, delays caused by customs clearance, local postal services, or incorrect delivery information provided at checkout. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all shipping details are accurate at the time of purchase.
DS Laboratories is not responsible for delivery delays, rejections, or losses due to international customs regulations. Customers are solely responsible for complying with all local, national, or international laws and regulations governing the import of our products. This includes any import restrictions, prohibited items, taxes, tariffs, customs fees, or additional charges imposed by your local government or customs agency.
If a shipment is refused, delayed, or seized by customs due to ingredient restrictions or other import issues, DS Laboratories will not issue refunds, credits, or be held liable for any losses or fees incurred. if a package is abandoned, rejected, or discarded by customs, or dropped off at an access point or local post office and not picked up by the customer, no refund or compensation will be provided. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the package is collected in a timely manner. DS Laboratories is not liable for any loss resulting from unclaimed shipments.
Orders shipped via UPS DDP Economy International or UPS Expedited Mail are not guaranteed and are shipped at the customer’s own risk. DS Laboratories assumes no responsibility for the delivery of these shipments once they have left the United States. For a more secure and fully trackable option, we recommend selecting a premium UPS service at checkout. While we are happy to assist with tracking and locating your package, liability for delivery remains with the carrier once the order has departed our warehouse.
