Customers can submit a request to customer service to cancel an order before it has been fulfilled in our system.
Fulfillment can take anywhere from under 1 hour to 48 hours after the order has been placed. However, if the request is reviewed by customer service after the order has been fulfilled, the order will be unable to be retrieved.
- Once an order has been processed and a tracking number has been issued, we are unable to cancel the order, but you may still cancel the subscription to prevent future shipments.
If you need to cancel a subscription order, please allow at least 7 days’ notice to ensure it does not become fulfilled, as these orders are given priority and processed by our fulfillment team as soon as possible.
