Contact our customer support team at email@example.com, If your order has already shipped prior to you contacting us, you will need to ask for a return authorization number and place a new order. If it hasn’t, we will be happy to change / edit your order for you.
Please note, we need atleast 24 hours in order to change an order. Given the volume of orders and emails / phone calls we get from customers, it takes time for us to get to each and every customer. We will do our best to ensure the change request is being done, but it is not guaranteed after a 24 hour window of placing your order.
