- If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we’ll be happy to make changes or edits for you.
- If your order has already shipped, you will need to request a Return Authorization Number and place a new order.
- If your order is part of a subscription, we are unfortunately unable to make any changes to it. The order will need to be canceled and a new order placed by the customer.
- If you cancel an order that used a one-time discount code (such as DS15), please note that we are unable to reapply or honor the same discount on a new order. These codes are valid for one-time use only.

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to process any change requests. Due to the high volume of orders and inquiries, we do our best to accommodate all requests, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made after 24 hours of placing your order.
